LiDAR and elevation data for Namibia

None known No LiDAR was found after a genuine search of national, regional and international sources.

No national or regional airborne LiDAR for Namibia was identified; OpenTopography hosts a CC BY 4.0 0.5 m DEM of the Hebron Fault derived from WorldView-3 stereo imagery (2017). Elevation needs are therefore met by global models: Copernicus DEM GLO-30 (30 m, openly licensed), FABDEM (30 m with forests and buildings removed, non-commercial licence) and NASADEM/SRTM (30 m), supplemented by GEDI and ICESat-2 spaceborne lidar ground heights along sampled tracks.
