National open imagery Openly licensed aerial orthophotography at 1 m or finer covers about 70% or more of the land area.

The Planning Authority publishes 15 cm orthoimagery of the Maltese Islands from 2012 under CC BY 4.0 via INSPIRE WCS and WMS. The 2018 orthoimagery is listed with 'no conditions apply'.
