SWISSIMAGE 10 cm is a nationwide RGB orthophoto mosaic (10 cm in the lowlands and main valleys, 25 cm in the Alps) refreshed every 3 years and downloadable free as COG tiles. SWISSIMAGE HIST 1946 adds a 1 m historical mosaic.
