Restricted National orthophotography exists but is not openly licensed: it is sold, view-only without reuse rights, or limited to government use.
ANCPI publishes a national 1:5000 colour orthophoto via an INSPIRE download service, but no reuse licence is stated. The Ministry of National Defence publishes a national orthophoto (2017–2020) under CC BY 4.0, but only at 1.5 m resolution.
