LiDAR and elevation data for Andorra

Restricted LiDAR exists but is not openly licensed: it is sold, released on request, or limited to non-commercial use.

Andorra's government cartography service flew two full-country airborne LiDAR coverages: 2018 (at least 1 pt/m², RMSE Z ≤ 20 cm) and September 2025 (at least 5 pts/m², RMSE Z ≤ 10 cm). LAZ point clouds and 2025 0.5 m DTM/DSM can be downloaded free of charge from the IDE Andorra download site. Users must enter their details and accept conditions of use, and those conditions could not be read, so no open licence is confirmed.
