LiDAR and elevation data for Latvia

National open LiDAR Openly licensed LiDAR covers about 70% or more of the land area.

The Latvian Geospatial Information Agency (LĢIA) publishes its classified airborne laser scanning point cloud (at least 4 points/m², 2013–2019) as free open data under CC0, listed on data.gov.lv. The openly distributed gridded terrain model is 20 m, so no open ≤5 m grid has been confirmed.
