LiDAR and elevation data for Finland

National open LiDAR Openly licensed LiDAR covers about 70% or more of the land area.

The National Land Survey of Finland (NLS) publishes nationwide laser scanning data (0.5 p) and a 2 m elevation model as open data under CC BY 4.0. The denser 5 p laser scanning data from the national programme begun in 2020 is licensed for a fee per km².
