LiDAR and elevation data for Croatia

Restricted LiDAR exists but is not openly licensed: it is sold, released on request, or limited to non-commercial use.

The State Geodetic Administration (DGU) captured multisensor aerial imagery including LiDAR over Croatia in 2022–2023 for disaster-risk assessment. Only the 25 cm orthophoto derived from that project is published as open data; no openly licensed LiDAR point cloud or LiDAR DTM was found. The national DMR (digital relief model) is photogrammetric. The City of Zagreb publishes LoD2 3D building models partly derived from 2022 LiDAR.
